Options for Transfer:

1. Completly Purchase the Zebulun Project and all raw materials contained within the boat shed and purchase the building taking over the Lease of the land with the Port of Clarkston.
    
   The current land lease is $225 / month.
    
2. Purchase the Zebulun Project and all raw materials contained within the boat shed while renting the building from MurSea Missions Inc.
    
   Estimates on time needed to complete the project is roughtly 12 - 16 months with all neccesary resources available.
    
3. Purchase the Zebulun Projct and raw materials contain within the boat shed with the intent of transporting the entire project to another facility after completing the welding of the hull.
    
   Welding the yacht to a floatable stage has been estimated at roughtly 2 months to accomplish.
    
4. Purchase the Zebulun Projct and raw materials contain within the boat shed with the intent of transporting the entire project to another facility after dissambling.
    
   Estimates on time to complete, 1 to 2 months
